About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Commercial Finance Head to lead the revenue and profitability agenda across OEM and aftermarket businesses. The role will act as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Operations, and Business Units, ensuring sustainable margins, optimized working capital, and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue & Margin Management:
- Lead OEM pricing strategy for long-term contracts and tenders
- Review and approve commercial proposals and discount structures
- Conduct contribution margin and product profitability analysis
- Track customer-level profitability and identify margin improvement opportunities
2. Financial Planning & Forecasting:
- Drive sales forecasting and volume planning aligned with production capacity
- Prepare revenue projections and scenario analysis
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
- Monitor actual vs budget performance and drive corrective actions
3. Business Partnering:
- Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Support tender pricing and commercial negotiations
- Evaluate financial viability of new product launches
- Provide decision support to Business Unit Heads
4. Cost & Working Capital Management:
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across product lines
- Monitor raw material price impact and cost absorption
- Optimize inventory and working capital cycles
- Strengthen receivables management and credit controls
5. Strategic Decision Support:
- Evaluate Capex proposals for plant expansion and automation
- Conduct ROI and investment feasibility analysis
- Support long-term strategic planning initiatives

- Experience in OEM contract pricing and margin management
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
