Our client is seeking experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to support an innovative legal AI initiative by creating and contributing high-quality commercial agreement templates based on real-world legal practice.

Total Experience: 3 - 30 years

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with strong contract drafting experience who enjoy working independently and want the flexibility of a fully remote engagement while contributing to the development of next-generation AI technology.

If you have extensive experience drafting sophisticated commercial agreements and can produce accurate, practical legal documents that reflect current industry standards, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

You'll create, review, and deliver high-quality commercial contract templates and sample agreements that will be used to train advanced AI systems.

Your work may include drafting or providing examples of:

- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

- Commercial Lease Agreements

- Intellectual Property Licensing Agreements

- Software & Technology Licensing Agreements

- Marketing and Advertising Agreements

- Other commercial transaction documents

You'll also:

- Draft clear, legally sound commercial agreements using current best practices.

- Review documents for legal accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

- Create practical examples that reflect real-world business transactions.

- Deliver organized, well-written documents with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders when clarification is needed.

Required Qualifications:

- Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

- Strong expertise in commercial agreement preparation, review, and legal analysis.

- Experience creating documents such as MSAs, Commercial lease agreements, Intellectual Property licensing agreements, Marketing agreements, and Commercial licensing agreements.

- Excellent legal writing and document drafting skills.

- Strong understanding of commercial law and contract best practices.

- Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy.

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Licensed attorney with experience in commercial transactions.

- Recent experience practicing commercial or corporate law.

- Experience negotiating complex business agreements.

- Familiarity with legal technology platforms or AI-enabled legal tools.

- Background in legal operations or contract lifecycle management.

- This engagement is document-focused.

- Successful contractors will be responsible for creating or providing high-quality commercial agreement templates that they have the legal right to use.

- All submitted materials must be original work or publicly available documents you are authorized to share, and free of confidential, proprietary, privileged, NDA-protected, or Material Non-Public Information (MNPI).
