Company: Comfort Click. https://www.comfortclick.co.uk/. We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing revenue-generating performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms for D2C eCommerce brands. You'll be responsible for leading a team and driving end-to-end digital strategy-from paid ads and email marketing to SEO and analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies focused on website traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. - Lead and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (including P-Max), Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads. - Optimize product visibility through Google Merchant Center (GMC) and product feed management. - Own the implementation and optimization of GA4 for advanced tracking, attribution, and performance insights. - Oversee and enhance Email Marketing campaigns (flows, automation, segmentation) using tools like Klaviyo or similar. - Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword rankings. - Drive CRO initiatives using heatmaps, session recordings, and landing page A/B testing. - Manage, mentor, and scale a performance marketing team (3-5 people minimum). - Analyze KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, Bounce Rate, etc. ) and report on campaign performance and growth opportunities. - Stay updated on international market trends, especially in UK, US, and Canadian markets. Qualification:. - 8-12 years of overall experience in Digital Marketing, with minimum 3-4 years of team management. - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, and Analytics. - Strong understanding of performance marketing for eCommerce/D2C brands. - Proven success in managing campaigns for UK, US, or Canada-based audiences. - Expertise in tools/platforms such as GA4, GMC, Klaviyo, Hotjar, SEMrush, Shopify/WordPress. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI-driven performance. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
