Roles and Responsibilities:


- Affiliate and Publisher Management


- Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates and publishers.


- Negotiate commission structures, promotional terms, and partnership agreements.


- Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials, performance updates, and campaign guidelines.


- Ensure compliance with brand policies, legal requirements, and performance standards.


- Campaign Management


- Plan, launch, and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


- Monitor campaign performance and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.


- Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages.


- Track KPIs such as conversions, ROI, CPA, and LTV to evaluate campaign effectiveness.


- Mobile Attribution and Tracking


- Manage and optimize mobile attribution through platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and Branch.


- Set up tracking links, deep links, and attribution models to ensure accurate performance measurement.


- Analyze user acquisition data and identify optimization opportunities for mobile campaigns.


- Ensure proper integration of SDKs and tracking tools for accurate reporting and fraud prevention.


- Performance Analysis and Optimization


- Continuously analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities.


- Implement A/B tests and optimize creatives, targeting, and offers to maximize ROI.


- Identify underperforming affiliates or channels and take corrective actions.


- Budgeting and Reporting


- Manage affiliate marketing budgets, forecast spend, and ensure profitability.


- Prepare regular reports and insights on affiliate performance and campaign ROI for senior management.


- Collaboration and Strategy Development


- Work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals.


- Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.


Key Requirements:


- 2-5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.


- Proven experience managing affiliates, publishers, and campaigns.


- Hands-on knowledge of Appsflyer, Adjust, and Branch for mobile attribution.


- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools.


- Ability to optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and conversion goals.


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


- Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Mobile)
