We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) - B2B (Education Partnerships) to build and manage strategic partnerships within the education ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying institutional partners, closing MOUs, and driving sustainable business growth through long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and onboard B2B partners including colleges, universities, training institutes, ed-tech platforms, and education service providers.
- Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and closure of MOUs and commercial -agreements.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in partner institutions.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic alliances, joint programs, and institutional collaborations.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and delivery) to ensure successful onboarding and execution of partnerships.
- Track partnership performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports on growth, revenue, and pipeline status.
- Represent the organization at industry events, education forums, and networking sessions.
- Stay updated on education market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong B2B business development and partnership management experience in the education or ed-tech sector.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and close MOUs with institutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of education ecosystems, institutional sales cycles, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to drive growth-oriented initiatives and meet revenue targets.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Prior experience working with colleges, universities, or ed-tech partnerships.
- Existing network within the education ecosystem is a strong plus.
