Collection Manager - Retail & Asset Collections

We're Hiring | Collections Manager (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to join our growing team across multiple locations in South India.

Bangalore | Hyderabad | Mysuru | Chennai | Vishakhapatnam | Vijayawada

Role: Collections Manager

Experience Required:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Retail & Asset Collections

Product Exposure (Mandatory):

- Personal Loans

- Two Wheeler Loans

- Commercial Vehicle (CV) Loans

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive end-to-end collections across assigned locations

- Handle delinquency buckets and improve portfolio quality

- Lead, train, and monitor on-roll and off-roll collection teams

- Coordinate with agencies and ensure compliance with collection policies

- Achieve monthly recovery and resolution targets

- Strong understanding of legal, repossession, and field collection processes

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong people and vendor management skills

- In-depth knowledge of South India markets

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Data-driven approach to collections and risk control
