Cogoport is looking for a campus recruiter to act as a key liaison between the elite colleges and us, and get dynamic people on board. You should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills. You will ensure we attract and hire high-potential employees and build a strong employer brand among college communities. Responsibilities: - Contact university career counsellors and provide information about our internship programs - Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities - Host in-house career fairs for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise - Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand - Screen resumes and conduct interviews for junior positions and internships - Create a report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired - Liaise with team leaders to define hiring needs and design internship programs - Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Campus Recruitment, preferably Elite campuses (IIT, NIT, IIIT) - Knowledge of different techniques to evaluate candidates, including group interviews - Familiarity with social media sourcing and has a strong network base - Ability to understand the requirement & take ownership of events to get a quick closure - Should be good in developing relations with the candidate & keeping him engaged by sharing relevant information - Should be able to manage multiple requirements efficiently - Should possess strong communication and presentation skills
