Account Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, ambitious, and solutions-oriented Account Manager to lead client engagements while driving strategic business development initiatives. This dual-role position is pivotal in shaping client relationships and contributing to the agency's growth engine. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of relationship management, creative collaboration, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent, value-driven communication and satisfaction.
- Translate client objectives into comprehensive creative briefs and oversee project alignment from concept to execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, strategy, and production teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, and ATL/BTL.
- Ensure seamless execution of deliverables, managing timelines, budgets, scopes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Offer strategic counsel to clients, helping evolve their marketing roadmap in alignment with emerging trends and business needs.
Strategic Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential business opportunities across sectors and geographies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, initiating outreach, and nurturing leads to conversion.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling business pitches, RFP responses, and brand strategy proposals.
- Represent the agency at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums to build visibility and relationships.
- Partner with senior leadership to define growth strategies, meet revenue goals, and expand the agency's market footprint.
Candidate Profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, or business development within an advertising, creative, or branding agency.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain trusted client relationships while delivering campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Strong grounding in integrated marketing communications (IMC), brand strategy, and campaign lifecycle management.
- Track record of winning new business through pitches, proposals, or referrals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with an executive presence in client-facing settings.
- Adept at managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) in marketing, media, or strategy will be considered a plus.
