About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Account Director to lead key client accounts and drive integrated campaigns across digital and mainline platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring 8-11 years of hands-on experience in a reputed advertising agency, with proven expertise in client relationship management, strategic planning, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns (digital + mainline).
- Oversee and guide internal teams creative, strategy, media, digital, and production.
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and high-impact campaigns.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations, campaign plans, and performance reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed client expectations.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Mentor and manage account management teams to deliver at a high standard.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market insights, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding and experience in both digital and mainline advertising.
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while also managing execution with precision.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Candidates must be currently based in Gurugram or open to relocating.
