CoFounder & Chief Financial Officer - IP Asset Management - Media/Entertainment

We have the vision to be India's first serious IP Asset Management company - acquiring, protecting and monetising marquee IPs across TV, OTT, films, merchandising, brand partnerships, and adaptations.

Role Overview :

As the Co-Founder cum CFO, you will serve as a cornerstone of the leadership team, steering the financial architecture and strategic direction of the firm. You will work closely with the founding partners to translate complex IP assets into robust financial models, lead high-stakes fundraising initiatives, and oversee the firm's fiscal health. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's market positioning, requiring a leader who can navigate the nuances of asset-backed financing while managing investor relations and long-term capital allocation strategies.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and capital structure optimization, specifically within the context of intangible assets or IPR.

- Proven track record in raising capital from institutional investors, private equity, or venture capital sources, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, board members, and high-net-worth investors.

- Strong analytical mindset with 10 to 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or specialized asset management.

- A professional qualification such as a CA, CFA, or an MBA from a premier institute is highly preferred to navigate the technical requirements of the role.

- Value intangible assets with no clean comparables

- Structure deals : partial stakes, earn-outs, revenue shares

- Raise long-duration capital (family offices, HNIs, private credit)

- Own royalty accounting & revenue assurance

- Handle portfolio valuation
