We at Coforge are hiring a Delivery Director with strong experience in end-to-end delivery leadership, large account management, P&L ownership, client stakeholder management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex technology programs and customer engagements.

- Drive delivery commitments across scope, timelines, quality, cost, SLAs, and KPIs.

- Manage large-scale delivery engagements across Application Development, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data, Testing, Modernization, and Production Support.

- Establish strong program governance, delivery reviews, executive reporting, and operational controls.

- Build and manage strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders and technology leadership.

- Lead executive governance meetings, customer reviews, and delivery discussions.

- Manage delivery risks, escalations, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Own account/program P&L, including revenue, margins, utilization, resource costs, and delivery profitability.

- Drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement initiatives.

- Partner with sales, account, pre-sales, and practice teams to identify and drive business growth opportunities.

- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, solutioning, and client presentations.

- Lead large, geographically distributed delivery teams across multiple programs.

- Mentor Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Technical Leads.

- Drive resource planning, utilization, capability development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

- Drive transformation initiatives leveraging Cloud, Agile, DevOps, Automation, AI/GenAI, and modern engineering practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- 17 - 25+ years of overall IT industry experience with substantial experience in delivery and program leadership.

- Strong experience in managing large-scale accounts, complex programs, and global delivery engagements.

- Proven experience in P&L ownership and commercial management.

- Strong client relationship and senior stakeholder management experience.

- Experience in managing large, geographically distributed delivery teams.

- Strong program governance, risk management, escalation management, and delivery excellence experience.

- Experience in resource planning, utilization management, and operational management.

- Proven exposure to account growth, business development, and customer relationship expansion.

- Experience in RFP/RFI, estimation, proposal development, and solutioning.

- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, Agile, DevOps, Cloud, and modern application delivery.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, people management, and executive presentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Exposure to AI/GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud Modernization, Automation, Microservices, APIs, and Digital Engineering.

- Experience managing CXO-level client relationships.

- Experience in managed services and application development/support engagements.

- PMP, SAFe, ITIL, Cloud, or equivalent industry certifications.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
