We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key accounts in domestic. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Enterprise technology landscape including - Cloud, Network, IT Infrastructure, Security & Surveillance Solutions (CCTV, Remote Monitoring, Vision AI based surveillance, ICCC) and SaaS tools. This role involves both hunting for new customers (80%) and farming existing accounts (20%). Key Responsibilities: Hunting (80%) Farming (20%) - Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within the enterprise technology sales (including SaaS) to domestic Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. - Strong understanding of Enterprise technology landscape including - Cloud, Network, IT Infrastructure, Security & Surveillance Solutions (CCTV, Remote Monitoring, Vision AI based surveillance, ICCC) and SaaS tools. - Should have working understanding of tools such as - GenAI (ChatGPT etc), Linkedin, MS Office Suite (esp PPT), CRMs (Zoho) etc - Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Technology Heads, etc.). - Ability to drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. - Prior experience of onboarding new customers, account management, and handling escalations. - Ability to identify and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies within existing accounts. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications: - Minimum of bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant experience in selling technology to enterprises (B2B) - Experience working with domestic tier 1 and tier 2 companies - Ability to travel as required (domestic).
