Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring excellent client servicing.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.

- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure timely delivery of services.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.

- Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and activities in CRM tools.


Qualifications & Skills


- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


- 3-7 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

- Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed client expectations
