- The Cluster Manager - Business for the Panjim cluster will be a key leadership role responsible for the end-to-end business performance within the assigned geographical cluster.

- This includes driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, market penetration, team leadership, and ensuring superior customer experience.

- The successful candidate will act as the primary owner of the cluster's profit and loss (P&L) and strategic direction, aligning local initiatives with the company's broader objectives.

- This is a high-impact position requiring a blend of strategic thinking, on-the-ground operational execution, and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy and P&L Management

- Own the cluster's P&L and be accountable for achieving top-line revenue targets, market share growth, and bottom-line profitability.

- Develop and execute local market strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Panjim cluster, identifying new business opportunities and mitigating competitive threats.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis (e. , competition, customer demographics, economic trends) to inform strategic decision-making.

- Manage the cluster's budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment.

- Sales and Operations Excellence

- Drive superior sales performance across all channels within the cluster, setting challenging yet achievable targets for various teams/outlets.

-Oversee and ensure high standards of operational compliance and efficiency across all business units (e. , branches, stores, service centers) in the cluster.

- Implement best practices for inventory management, logistics, and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operating costs.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily/weekly and take swift, corrective action to address performance gaps.

- Team Leadership and Talent Development

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of functional managers and frontline staff across the cluster.

- Be responsible for talent acquisition, training, and retention within the cluster, fostering a high-performance, ethical, and collaborative work culture.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure all teams adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Customer Experience and Stakeholder Management

- Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the cluster, ensuring all service touchpoints deliver exceptional experiences.

- Handle high-level customer escalations and ensure prompt, satisfactory resolution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including local government authorities, business partners, and key clients in the Panjim area.

- Represent the company in local business forums and community events.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.

- 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in business management, cluster/area management, retail operations, or a relevant sector, with a proven track record of P&L ownership and exceeding business targets.

- Prior experience in the local Panjim/Goa market is a strong advantage.
