Our client is a global leader in the FMCG manufacturing space, known for strong brands, high operational standards, and a robust plant ecosystem. With a large manufacturing network across India, they are looking to onboard a seasoned HR leader to drive people strategy across multiple plants and strengthen industrial relations.

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic HR leadership across multiple manufacturing plants, shaping the people agenda in line with business objectives

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving organization effectiveness, workforce strategy, and leadership capability across locations

- Lead industrial relations at a cluster level, steering union engagement, long-term settlements (LTS), and ensuring sustained industrial harmony

- Build and institutionalize robust HR frameworks across plants, elevating governance, compliance, and operational excellence

- Champion a high-performance, engagement-driven culture across large, diverse workforces

Ideal Candidate:

- 15 to 18 years of HR leadership experience post doing MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 B-schools

- Proven experience managing large, unionised manufacturing workforces, having handled 2,000+ employees at scale

- Strong track record in leading LTS negotiations and driving stable IR environments across multiple locations

- Background in large consumer / FMCG organizations preferred

- Strategic, high-impact leader with strong execution capability and ability to operate in complex, multi-plant setups
