Role Overview:

As the Cluster Business Head Loan Against Property (LAP), you will lead and manage the LAP business across a cluster of 5- 7 branches.

The role involves driving business growth, achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

You will also be responsible for implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Secured Loan Branch Managers to achieve monthly business targets.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance sales productivity, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.

- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships through effective communication and service excellence.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

- Ensure high-quality portfolio management across all secured loan branches in the cluster.

- Oversee timely completion of operational tasks with accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.

- Coordinate effectively with support teams (credit, operations, risk, etc.) to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning of all branches
