
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compensation Framework & Performance Management
- Streamline compensation structures across levels and functions.
- Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure end-to-end adherence of PMS Process.
- Support annual salary review, promotions, and incentive planning cycles.
2. Rewards System Implementation
- Lead the rollout of new total rewards systems and tools.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration.
- Monitor effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on feedback and data.
3. Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to track compensation metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and policy formulation.
- Present findings with actionable recommendations.
4. Policy Formulation
- Draft and update policies in line with business needs and legal requirements.
- Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently across the organization.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
5. Benefits Administration
- Oversee administration of employee benefits including health, wellness, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement through benefits.
6. Recognition Programs
- Deploy recognition initiatives that reinforce company values and performance culture.
- Manage platforms and processes for peer-to-peer and leadership-driven recognition.
- Continuously improve recognition strategies.
7. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess implications for compensation and benefits.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to rewards programs.
