
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management & Investigations:
- Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a secure log of ethics cases and ensure timely closure.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare case summaries for leadership and board-level reporting.
- Ensure timely updates on the Ethics Portal.
POSH Compliance:
- File cases on the government portal as per legal norms.
- Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions.
Training & Awareness:
- Conduct ethics and POSH-related training sessions.
- Develop and circulate awareness communications.
- Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote a respectful workplace culture.
Policy Management:
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of policy changes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal support.
- Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
