Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to manage and scale training business initiatives for our newly onboarded partners.
The primary focus will be driving training engagements, ensuring delivery success, and nurturing long-term growth through these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of training engagements: from opportunity identification to delivery and feedback.
- Work closely with partner and internal teams to customize training offerings aligned to client needs.
- Develop account plans, track training schedules, and monitor delivery milestones.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution throughout the training cycle.
- Generate insights and reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned partner training programs and related client communications.
- Achieve the defined training revenue and delivery targets aligned with each partner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong client engagement, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Background in Edtech Corporate Sales, consulting, or cloud-focused services is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability.
- Strategic mindset with attention to quality and outcomes.
