We are looking for a highly capable Head of Client Success & Delivery Excellence to take complete ownership of client satisfaction, relationships, and service delivery for PropertyStrength customers.

PropertyStrength is CloudSteer's Salesforce-based OEM solution for real estate developers, covering the business lifecycle from marketing planning, lead and sales management through invoicing, collections and property handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own overall client relationships, satisfaction, retention and escalations.

- Lead, mentor and hold CSMs accountable for timely, high-quality delivery.

- Establish strong governance: regular client reviews, SLA tracking, QA, documentation and proactive issue management.

- Identify dissatisfaction or delivery risks before they become escalations.

- Coordinate effectively between clients, CSMs, functional consultants, developers, QA and product teams.

- Ensure Salesforce/Property Strength delivery follows established methodology and best practices.

- Provide management visibility without requiring CEO involvement in routine client matters.

Ideal Candidate:

8 - 15+ years in enterprise SaaS/Salesforce client success or delivery leadership; exceptional communication and relationship-management skills; strong people leadership; process and QA orientation; commercially aware and technically conversant. Real estate/Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
