About the Role:
CloudFirst Technology- is seeking an experienced Cloud Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This on-site role focuses on driving sales of cloud solutions, engaging with enterprise clients, and delivering tailored cloud transformation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS) and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS or solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition, adoption, and expansion of CloudFirst's full-service portfolio across new and existing enterprise customers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities to generate consistent sales funnel growth.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company GTM (Go-To-Market) objectives.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer success.
- Achieve and exceed corporate sales targets, including ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and TCV (Total Contract Value) goals.
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored cloud-based solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closure.
- Leverage value-based and consultative sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Customer Centric Selling) to position CloudFirst offerings effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cloud technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in enterprise or SMC (Small, Mid-Corporate) segment sales.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in cloud solution or SaaS sales with knowledge of GCP, Azure, and AWS platforms.
- Market Understanding: Proven sales success across PAN India, especially in one or more of these regions - Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Skills: Strong prospecting, pipeline management, and negotiation skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
- Ethics: Team player with high business integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
