Client Servicing Role - Web Development/Project Management

- We are looking for someone in Client Servicing, who will be responsible for managing the specific clients projects assigned to the candidate. Should have past working knowledge in a digital marketing agency or a digital marketing role in an organization. Needs to have knowledge on website related projects management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discuss the project goals with the client and development team.

- Work on projects related to Websites and other web development related projects

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition

- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

- Manage client deliverables within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

- Prepare regular reports of progress for internal and external stakeholders using project management tools/sheets

- Presenting work in meetings with clients and management.

- Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities

- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the digital marketing field

Skills Required:

- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Servicing in a digital marketing role

- Working knowledge of managing website development projects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
