
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Client Partner to lead and grow our strategic engagement with a leading telecommunications customer in Indonesia. This is a high-impact, front-line role for a senior professional who thrives at the intersection of technology consulting and strategic account management, with a focus on AI-driven transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT services sales to telco clients, a deep understanding of Indonesia's telecommunications landscape, and a passion for how AI can reinvent business models, operations, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Ownership: Serve as the trusted advisor and single point of contact for the telco client, managing long-term, high-value relationships.
- AI-Led Growth Strategy: Drive revenue growth by positioning AI-native offerings-such as intelligent network operations, customer experience transformation, and advanced data monetization platforms.
- Sales & Account Expansion: Identify and convert new business opportunities across digital transformation, AI/ML, cloud, data, and managed services.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute an account strategy that aligns with the client's digital vision, particularly around AI enablement and automation.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Orchestrate a global team of delivery leads, solution architects, and domain experts to deliver value at scale.
- Contract & Commercial Oversight: Lead key negotiations, renewals, and governance processes to ensure a win-win partnership.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 11-15 years of experience in IT services sales, client engagement, or strategic account management.
- Proven track record of working with or selling into telecom clients in Indonesia, preferably with Tier-1 or Tier-2 operators.
- Strong exposure to AI/ML, automation, cloud, and data platforms in the context of telco transformation.
- Proven ability to build deep relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and influence digital agendas.
- Must be based in Jakarta with an established local network in the telco ecosystem.
