About the Role:
Looking for a Client Partner - HiTech / India Sales Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Growth:
- Protect and expand the current portfolio (~$5M)
New Business Development:
- Identify new buying centers within Microsoft
- Expand services footprint across technology and consulting domains
Executive Relationship Management:
- Build trusted relationships with senior technology and business stakeholders
Global Sales Collaboration:
- Partner with Companies global sales teams (especially US teams) to drive joint opportunities
Cross-functional Engagement:
- Work closely with delivery, consulting, and solution teams to craft winning proposals
Required Experience:
- 11-20 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management
- Experience managing large strategic accounts
- Quota-carrying role for at least 5+ years
- Experience selling IT services, consulting, engineering, or digital services
- Strong experience with complex deal structures and enterprise proposals
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with Hyperscaler clients (Microsoft, Amazon, Google)
- Prior relationships within Microsoft India
- Experience in global system integrator environments
