Client Partner

As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client relationships, understanding their leadership needs, and delivering strategic talent solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards, while collaborating closely with internal search consultants and researchers to ensure successful search execution.


Key Responsibilities


Client Management & Engagement

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and clients

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts

- Understand clients strategic goals and translate them into effective talent solutions


Business Development

- Drive new business through existing relationships and targeted outreach

- Develop proposals and pitch executive search and leadership consulting services

- Represent the firm at industry events and networking forums


Search Execution

- Oversee end-to-end search process in collaboration with delivery teams

- Lead client briefings, candidate presentations, and debrief sessions

- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all search mandates


Market Intelligence

- Stay abreast of industry trends, leadership movements, and talent challenges

- Advise clients on succession planning, org design, and market compensation benchmarks


Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior consultants and researchers

- Foster a collaborative, client-first culture


Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or a senior client-facing leadership role

- Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships and complex projects

- Deep industry knowledge in one or more sectors (e.g., technology, financial services, healthcare, industrials)

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking

- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
