Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development through hunting and strategic logo acquisition across BFSI GCCs in India.

- Grow revenue through farming existing accounts and building deeper engagement across service lines.

- Own and deliver on revenue targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities.

- Lead sales and pre-sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.

- Create and execute detailed account plans to drive top-line growth and client satisfaction.

- Build and maintain C-level relationships within Financial Services GCCs across India.

- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to create solution offerings tailored to BFSI client needs.

- Provide insights into market trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 13-18 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management in the BFSI domain.

- Proven success in consulting or IT services sales within the Indian GCC ecosystem, preferably targeting global banks, insurance firms, or energy sector clients.

- Strong understanding of GCC operating models, decision-making hierarchies, and transformation initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.

Deep domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:

- Capital Markets

- Banking & Payments

- Wealth & Asset Management

- Insurance

- Established CXO-level network within the BFSI GCC space.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
