Job Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager Inside Sales to lead and execute our lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion strategies. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, team coordination, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience in B2B inside sales, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies through digital, outbound, and referral channels; ensure consistent lead pipeline quality and volume.
- Conduct consultative discussions with potential clients to understand workspace requirements, present customized solutions, and drive conversions.
- Work closely with marketing to refine campaigns and messaging; coordinate with the business development and operations teams to ensure seamless client handover and onboarding.
- Continuously track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for positioning ClayWorks offerings effectively.
- Own and manage the CRM for lead tracking, pipeline forecasting, and reporting. Ensure high data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Analyze sales metrics to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and customer experience. Recommend process improvements and automation where needed.
- Guide junior team members in prospecting techniques, objection handling, and CRM best practices.
Qualifications:
- 47 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B or commercial real estate / coworking / managed office sectors.
- Managed a team size of 5 or more.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales reporting and pipeline analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
