Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the digital customer acquisition strategy across all digital touchpoints - including website, content platforms, email, and social media - ensuring alignment with the company's vision
- Drive growth in digital acquisition and take full ownership of traffic, conversion, and ROI across all digital channels, including paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, retargeting, content marketing, CRM, and inside sales. Define investment priorities, audience segmentation, and performance expectations to maximize return.
- Continuously optimize performance through data-driven experimentation and insight-led enhancements, including A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnerships, and landing-page optimization.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution and performance of all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring disciplined campaign management, quality of execution, and agility in response to performance trends.
- Establish key performance metrics and provide proactive reporting to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, highlighting trends, insights, and opportunities for performance improvement and scale.
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA from premier B-Schools.
- 12-15 years of experience in new age internet companies (e.g., e-commerce, EdTech, e-health) or Healthcare of having led teams on SEM and SEO with sizable Digital spend is a must have
- Strong leadership skills and team management experience
- Good D2C marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies
- Revenue target responsibility experience in a digital business.
