We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Benefits Lead Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Benefits Lead Analyst - C13) based in Mumbai, India. In this role, you're expected to: - Assists in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy. - Manages the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach. - Assists with managing Citi's Health Care programs including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Trip/Transit, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Retiree Medical Programs - Ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements are also covered in this function. - Handles and resolves escalated individual participant issues. - Contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. - Handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. - Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. - Performs training on Citi's benefits for HR colleagues and employees. - Primary focus of role is on day-to-day operational execution, with occasional contribution to broader planning within area of expertise. - Additional duties as assigned. - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure: - 8-14 years of experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel - Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's Degree preferred Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
