Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the credit card portfolio on the issuing side, ensuring its growth, profitability, and adherence to industry best practices. 2. Network P&L Management: Collaborate with Mastercard and internal stakeholders to manage the network Profit and Loss (P&L) and optimize revenue streams. 3. Contactless Payments Launch: Lead the implementation of contactless payments in the Mauritian market, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and regulatory compliance. 4. Bill Payment and Recurring Payments: Drive projects related to bill payment solutions and recurring payments, enhancing customer convenience and satisfaction. 5. Outbound Call Center Implementation: Oversee the setup and implementation of a new outbound call center to enhance customer support and engagement initiatives. 6. New Customer Journeys: Lead the development of innovative customer journeys for the Credit cards portfolio, delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer loyalty. 7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing of new products, features, and systems to maintain high-quality standards and minimize operational risks. 8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs to guide portfolio management processes and ensure consistency in operations. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product management, marketing, risk management, and IT, to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery. 10. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the portfolio's adherence to all regulatory standards.
