Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager E-Commerce & Quick Commerce to drive online sales, manage marketplace operations, and accelerate business growth across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce channels. The candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG/Food categories and expertise in managing key online marketplaces.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow business on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, JioMart, and other marketplaces.

- Drive revenue, profitability, and category growth across online channels.

- Handle product listings, pricing, promotions, visibility campaigns, and new product launches.

- Build and maintain relationships with marketplace account/category managers.

- Monitor inventory, order fulfillment, and stock availability with internal teams.

- Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS and business reports.

- Optimize marketplace marketing spends and improve ROI.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate; MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in E-Commerce & Quick Commerce, preferably in FMCG/Food/Spices.

- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations, account management, and online sales.

- Proficient in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Additional Role & Responsibilities:

- Achieve online sales and growth targets.

- Ensure smooth marketplace operations and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility and conversion.
