Role Brief:

- The CBO will own revenue strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities, while working closely with the MD & CEO to scale Chtrbox into a category-defining player in the creator economy and influencer marketing ecosystem.

- This role goes beyond traditional sales leadership and will focus on building new revenue engines, expanding into new verticals, and identifying strategic acquisition opportunities.

- This role reports to the MD and CEO, Mr. Raj Mishra (Ex Country Head, TikTok)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Revenue Leadership & Growth:

- Own and drive end-to-end revenue strategy and targets for Chtrbox across all business lines.

- Scale enterprise revenue through large brand relationships, agency partnerships, and platform collaborations.

- Build predictable multi-year revenue pipelines and commercial frameworks.

New Business & Market Expansion:

- Identify and launch new revenue verticals within the creator economy ecosystem.

- Expand Chtrboxs offerings across new categories, industries, and markets.

- Develop new products, services, and monetisation opportunities leveraging the creator network

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building:

- Build high-impact partnerships with global brands, advertising networks, social media platforms, and creator economy players

- Position Chtrbox as a strategic partner for brands looking to scale creator-led marketing

Commercial Strategy & Business Architecture:

- Define pricing strategy, commercial models, and revenue frameworks across products and services

- Build scalable sales structures, account management systems, and enterprise revenue processes

- Drive data-led decision making across revenue and partnerships

Leadership & Organisation Building:

- Build and lead a high-performing commercial organisation spanning sales, partnerships, and business development

- Strengthen enterprise client relationships and large account management capabilities

- Mentor and develop senior business leaders within the organisation

What Were Looking For?

- 12+ years of experience across digital media, marketing services, creator economy or advertising

- Proven ability to scale revenue from 100Cr+ to multi-fold growth environments

- Experience building new revenue verticals or launching new businesses within an existing company

- Strong relationships with CMOs, brand leaders, media agencies, and platform partners

- Experience evaluating M&A opportunities, partnerships, or strategic expansions
