Job Description The CHRO will be responsible for the full suite of human resource matters from developing HR strategies to advising on regulatory matters, upholding a culture of excellence and driving corporate citizenry to our community. This position will work closely with the CEO and C-level executives to direct and implement an effective and efficient organisation and fundamentally shaping and supporting the organisations business ambitions. The position will be part of the leadership team in India. Handson experience (15 years minimum) in managing all HR matters in a product company- sales and marketing- consumer facing organisation. KRA - Talent Acquisition and Talent Development - Performance Management System - Support the CEO in the evaluation and development of the performance of the Leadership Team - Identify with the support of the Regional HR team, the required competencies for the team - Identify appropriate learning/training programmes and vendors as well as participate in the curation of the learning/training programmes to ensure that the programmes executed meet the required expectations. Multiple stakeholder management experience is a MUST have Only Mumbai based professionals Industry- Consumer facing industries like Auto/Consumer Durables/Electronics/Paints etc Education MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
