Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy, engineering organization, product architecture, and innovation roadmap. The CTO will be responsible for defining and executing the company's long-term technology vision while ensuring the scalability, reliability, security, performance, and commercial success of our CPaaS and cloud communication products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Telecom, CPaaS, VoIP, SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, OTT, cloud platforms, APIs, SDKs, real-time communication, and distributed systems, along with proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Drive technology innovation across CPaaS, cloud communications, VoIP, omnichannel, and real-time communication platforms.

- Own the overall architecture and technical direction of the company's products and platforms.

- Lead and mentor engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, SRE, and technology teams.

- Drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

- Establish strong cybersecurity and data protection practices across all technology platforms.

- Provide strategic technical leadership in telecom and communication technologies.

- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI/ML and automation across communication products.

- Partner with the CEO, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.

- Ensure predictable and high-quality product delivery.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 15+ years of experience in technology and software engineering, with at least 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles.

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or equivalent senior technology leadership position.

- Strong experience in Telecom, CPaaS, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, OTT, or cloud communications.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor large engineering teams.
