Chief Strategy Execution Lead - Finance & Accounts

The Strategy Execution Lead - F&A is an individual contributor role responsible for driving strategic initiatives end to end, from inception to completion. The role demands strong execution rigor, hands-on ownership, and the ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, unstructured environments across Technology, FinTech, Process, and F&A domain initiatives.

Primary responsibility :

- Own and execute strategic initiatives end to end, ensuring delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and outcomes.

- Translate strategy into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, governance, and tracking mechanisms.

- Drive hands-on execution while working closely with cross-functional teams across Business, Finance, Technology, and Operations.

- Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive resolution to closure.

- Operate effectively in environments with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and minimal structure.

- Provide clear, concise execution updates to senior stakeholders as required.

Skills and expertise :

- Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives end to end across Technology, FinTech, Process Transformation, and Domain-focused initiatives.

- Ideally PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt certified, with strong grounding in structured execution frameworks.

- Demonstrated Execution Excellence and Rigor, combined with being Tech Savvy, Hands-On, and capable of delivering in fast-paced, unstructured environments.

- High adaptability and aptitude to navigate, collaborate, and influence multiple stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed successfully from inception to completion.

- Strong execution mindset with high ownership and accountability

- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor while influencing without authority
