Sales Leader - BFSI (Middle East & Asia)
Looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to drive growth in the BFSI vertical across the Middle East and Asia for a leading UK Head Quartered Software Services company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of enterprise sales, deep understanding of BFSI customer needs, and experience in international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Global CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing key accounts.
- Lead enterprise-level deal pursuits and manage the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team aligned to regional targets and vertical focus.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to craft customized client solutions.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and thought leadership forums.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and periodic performance reporting to the CEO.
Desired Profile:
- Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, with experience selling complex solutions such as digital transformation, core banking, automation, or cloud services.
- Proven success in Middle East and Asia markets, with established CXO-level relationships in banks and financial institutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
