
Job Description: Chief Revenue officer (CRO)
About:
- We are seeking an accomplished and growth-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead global expansion and operational excellence for a next-generation outsourcing and consulting firm with a strong US presence
- The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling operations, and deepening client partnerships, particularly in the US IT services market.
- He/she should own and drive P&L performance and revenue growth across global markets, expand the company's footprint in the US market, balancing new client acquisition and growth of existing enterprise accounts, build and lead cross-functional teams in sales, delivery, and operations, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Must have substantial international experience (12 plus years preferably) - specifically in the US market - selling IT services
- Should have the capacities of both a hunter and a farmer - while individually being able to expand business in existing accounts and acquiring new accounts, should provide guidance to a team to do both
- Should have handled multiple million dollars & at least 10-12 major accounts
- Should be ambitious and self-driven
- Knowledge of contemporary technologies and methodologies in Analytics, AI, Microsoft Dynamics and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be an added advantage though not a non-negotiable requirement
- Experience with profit centre management preferred but not required
- The position would bear responsibility for the overall revenue and growth
