We are seeking a visionary, empathetic, and data-driven Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead our global people strategy and shape a high-performance, inclusive culture. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will bridge international corporate vision with localized execution, driving HR excellence across global and Indian operations.
This role requires a strategic leader who can align people initiatives with business objectives while fostering a strong employee-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a global people strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives
Global HR & Culture
- Build and nurture a high-performance, inclusive, and diverse work culture
- Ensure alignment between global standards and local HR practices
- Lead change management initiatives across regions
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Oversee employee relations frameworks, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
- Drive engagement, retention, and employee experience strategies
- Handle complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness
Performance & Talent Management
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and talent development programs
- Establish robust talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
HR Operations & Policies
- Oversee HR policies, compliance, and governance across geographies
- Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights for decision-making
- Drive digital transformation in HR processes and systems
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a CPO/CHRO or equivalent
- Strong expertise in Global HR, HR Strategy, Performance Management, and HR Policies
- Experience managing multi-country HR operations, including India
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural transformation and organizational change
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
Education:
- Graduation/PG; relevant experience and leadership track record preferred
