Chief Operating Officer - Online Business

Job Description:

- Growth of online business, produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy, oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations, identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth, and present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO.

- As the COO for Online Business, you will serve as the primary architect of the company's digital operational framework, overseeing the end-to-end execution of online business strategies. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to translate high-level vision into actionable digital roadmaps, ensuring that all online platforms and business units are optimized for performance, scalability, and market penetration.

- This role is pivotal in driving the company's digital footprint, directly influencing revenue growth and operational efficiency while managing cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust business outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

- Proven experience in growing an online business; must be proficient in the Malayalam Language.

- Experience of working in start-ups and growing them will be added advantage.
