Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary spokesperson for investors, partners, regulators, and the public, building strong relationships.

- Board Communication: Communicate effectively with the board of directors on strategic decisions, performance, and opportunities.

- Growth & Innovation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, mergers, and strategic partnerships.

- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and manage risks to the company.
