Position Overview: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan

The organization is entering a new phase of growth and evolution, transitioning from a founder-driven structure to a more scalable and process-oriented model. To support this shift, we are looking to onboard a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will play a critical role in building strong operational foundations and enabling long-term, sustainable expansion.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and streamline operations for a growing global advisory business while driving efficiency, innovation, and consistency across the organization.

Role Summary:

The COO will be responsible for establishing robust operational frameworks, improving cross-functional coordination, and driving execution excellence. The role will focus on creating scalable systems, enhancing productivity, and ensuring high standards of delivery across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

- Develop efficient and scalable processes to support business growth

- Create structured workflows to improve execution and delivery visibility

- Ensure consistency and standardization across teams and locations

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Bring alignment across departments such as operations, HR, and delivery

- Act as a central point of coordination between leadership and teams

- Strengthen internal collaboration and reduce operational bottlenecks

People & Talent Management:

- Build and refine hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent

- Implement performance management and employee development frameworks

- Support workforce planning aligned with organizational growth plans

Technology & Process Innovation:

- Introduce and drive the use of technology, automation, and AI in operations

- Establish reporting systems, dashboards, and data-driven processes

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital tools

Scaling & Leadership:

- Develop and lead a strong operations team over time

- Oversee multiple business functions and ensure smooth execution

- Support expansion into new markets, services, and strategic initiatives
