Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer - Quartz Grit Plant

About Petra Silicon Private Limited:

Petra Silicon is building an integrated quartz-processing platform anchored by a Quartz Grit Plant (QGP), producing quartz grits and filler, with downstream commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end plant operations and maintenance (O&M) to ensure seamless production cycles and high-quality output of quartz grit.

- Manage the full P&L for the facility, implementing cost-control measures and revenue-generation strategies to maximize shareholder value.

- Oversee large-scale RMHS (Raw Material Handling System) projects, ensuring technical specifications are met within defined timelines and budgets.

- Lead capital expenditure planning and execution for plant expansion and technology upgrades to enhance processing capacity.

- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening relationships with key industrial clients.

Ideal Profile:

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mineral Processing

- 25+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a P&L-accountable leadership role in mining/mineral processing/metals

Total Experience: 25 - 30 years
