The Chief Medical Officer / Medical Director is the organization's senior-most clinical executive, accountable for the medical vision, scientific integrity, and clinical outcomes of its longevity and precision-health platform. This role defines the standards for how advanced diagnostics translate into measurable healthspan improvements and ensures the clinical offering remains rigorous, safe, and consistently high quality at scale.

This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of medicine, science, and product. The position shapes the organization's clinical strategy, guides protocol development, leads the clinical function, and represents the organization's medical credibility to clients, partners, and the broader medical community.

Qualifications:

1. Doctor Profile:

- Medical degree (MD) with active registration.

- 10+ years of clinical experience, including significant leadership experience in preventive health, internal medicine, multi-system clinical care, or translational research.

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex diagnostics into high-quality, personalized clinical plans.

- Excellent executive communication skills, with comfort operating in high-trust, high-expectation client environments.

2. Physician-Scientist Profile:

- Medical degree followed by a PhD, formal research training, or a demonstrated track record of translational work (including protocol development grounded in evidence and biological mechanisms).

- Strong evidence appraisal skills, with comfort navigating complex biomedical literature and data-heavy diagnostics such as omics, imaging, and longitudinal biomarker trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Medical Strategy and Clinical Direction:

- Define the organization's medical strategy across prevention, optimization, and regenerative pathways, aligned to measurable healthspan outcomes.

- Own clinical positioning by defining what conditions will be treated, optimized, monitored, or referred, ensuring clear medical boundaries and defensible clinical claims.

2. Protocol Leadership and Diagnostic-to-Care Translation:

- Lead the design and continuous evolution of clinical protocols across cardiometabolic health, cognitive performance, gut-immune restoration, women's midlife health, recovery and regeneration, and performance healthspan.

- Ensure clinical outputs are decisive and actionable, including prioritized interventions, clear timelines, monitoring plans, and escalation triggers.

3. Clinical Governance and Medical Quality:

- Serve as the final medical authority for complex case reviews, clinical risk stratification frameworks, and medical oversight of interventions.

- Establish clinical quality standards and a robust governance model, including medical decision oversight and ethical practice.

- Ensure medical consistency across clinicians through standardized frameworks, supervision, and ongoing clinical education.

4. Outcomes, Evidence, and Research Translation:

- Define the healthspan outcomes model, including biomarker targets, functional metrics, symptom indices, and safety measures.

- Build an evidence translation engine encompassing literature evaluation, protocol updates, and the responsible incorporation of new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches with appropriate clinical safeguards.

- Guide clinical research initiatives where relevant (such as registries, observational cohorts, and outcome publications), ensuring scientific rigor and credibility.

5. Digital Health and AI-Enabled Clinical Systems:

- Define clinical validity and governance principles for AI-assisted workflows, ensuring clinician accountability, safety boundaries, and appropriate oversight.

6. External Representation and Stakeholder Leadership:

- Represent the organization's medical authority in senior stakeholder settings, including key clients, strategic partners, and scientific or clinical communities.

- Support medical diligence for partnerships, new services, and platform expansion through a safety-first, evidence-led approach.
