Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (Real Estate)

Job Description:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the strategic marketing initiatives of the organization, focusing on brand development, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth across residential and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead, mentor and manage the marketing, presales and sales team (both residential & commercial)
- Build a high-performance team focused on results and innovation
- Build a strong relationship with brokers, channel partners and institutional clients
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning and communication across all channels digital and traditional
- Define and implement innovative marketing campaigns for residential & commercial markets across various cities.
- Develop and monitor budget, expenses and KPIs.
Digital & Performance Marketing:
- Oversee ATL, BTL & Digital marketing activities.
- Oversee lead digital transformation initiatives, including website, social media, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns & CRM tools.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital clients, PR consultants & Channel Partners
Sales & Mktg:
- Collaborate with sales team to drive conversions
- Create pricing, positioning and market strategies for each project
- Monitor and improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and sales ROI
- Align marketing efforts with monthly sales targets and inventory closures.
- Plan targeted site visits, Expos, exclusive launches, ATL, BTL, and customer engagement activities
- Networking experiences for HNI clients.
Brand & Communication:
- Standardize brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Manage PR, media relations, and corporate reputation.
- Create high-impact ATL/BTL campaigns including influencer tie-ups
Market Research & Customer Insights:
- Conduct regular market intelligence studies on real estate trends, pricing, competitors, and buyer preferences.
- Use customer insights to refine project design, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies.
- Develop customer loyalty and referral programs.
Qualifications:
- MBA/PG in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
- 20+ years of experience in marketing & sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
