Position : Chief Manager- Polymerisation

Location : Any where in Plant Location

Qualification : Only B.Tech/BE- Textile /Chemical / Polymer Technology

Experience : Min- 10 Year

Age : Not More Than 42 Years

Purpose :

- To plan, lead and control the full production of Nylon-6 chips/ POY, good for spinning yarn, meeting budgeted targets economically and safely.

Decision making Boundaries :

- The incumbent can take all decisions on operational aspects of Polymerisation plant in consultation with PL-MT.

- Production planning decisions are taken in consultation with PL-MT in line with B-SCT plan.

- Technical trials can be proposed and validated by the incumbent for process improvements.

- People related decisions can be taken by the incumbent as per PPDT guidelines
