About the job : Job Title : Chief Manager Reporting Structure : Reports to : VP System Audit Education : B.Tech and above Experience/ Qualifications : Post qualification : Work experience of 15- 20 years in handling IT & Cyber Security in BFSI/Regulated Entities Industry: IT/ BFSI or Similarregulatedentities preferred Responsibilities : - Responsible for supporting the team on the delivery of Quality Audit Reports - Working with team to address compliance, information security, and operational risks. - Knowledge of RBI circulars and guidance related to cyber security and IT - Participate in IT audits. - Contributing to the development of audit plans and strategy - Upskilling Team in Information System controls, identify Technology and Security risks and gap assessment. - Skills and attributes for success - Collaborating effectively with other members of the team on planning and developing work program timelines, risk assessments and other documents/templates. - Taking proactive approach in learning and working with other team members within stipulated timeline along with understanding the work quality expectations. - Developing an understanding of Information Systems Auditing standards and methodology. - Developing good level of knowledge around Information Security frameworks, relevant regulations, and technology standards. - Good project management and organizational skills. - Having good communication skills, inspiring teamwork, and responsibility with other team members What we need? - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization is essential. - Attention to details & Multi-tasking - Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Independent&able to thrive in as fast pace and dynamic environment Certifications (any one) : CISA/CISSP/CISM/CRISC Employment Type: All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent Remunerations & Perks : On Par with Industry Standards Work Location : Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
