About the Role:

Looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead the definition, implementation, and governance of IT Security frameworks at the organizational level. This role involves developing and auditing security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and championing security, risk, and compliance initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish, implement, and maintain IT Security frameworks aligned with regulatory standards

- Develop and promote IT Security policies, procedures, and governance processes

- Oversee Disaster Recovery planning and implementation

- Manage relationships with regulators and auditors

- Provide security consultancy for development projects

- Lead IT Security function ensuring resources and processes meet best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field

- 8+ years of experience in Information Security

- Proven track record in leading enterprise cybersecurity programs (Financial Services/Insurance/Banking preferred)

- Certifications: CISA / CISSP / CISM highly desirable

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
