Chief Human Resources Officer - Real Estate

Location: Mumbai (Alternate Saturdays working)

Note:

- This mandate is best suited for HR leaders with experience in manufacturing/blue collar intensive setups only.

- Should have an understanding of working in promoter led setups.

You'd be a great fit if you've:

- Led the full HR agenda including HRBP, Talent Management, OD, Culture, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations

- Partnered closely with promoters, CEOs, and business leaders on organizational growth and transformation

- Built leadership pipelines, succession frameworks, and high-performance cultures

- Driven organization design, change management, and HR transformation initiatives

- Managed HR governance, compliance, policies, and employee relations across complex organizations

- Balanced strategic leadership with strong execution and stakeholder management

Education: MBA / Master's in HR preferred
