
Our client is looking for a CHRO to be a key member of the leadership team, and be responsible for building a strong, scalable people and culture platform. The role will focus on strengthening leadership capability, organizational culture, HR governance, talent systems, and employee trust
The CHRO will operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, while ensuring independence, fairness, and credibility of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Culture, Engagement & Organization Health
- Build and sustain a strong culture across locations, teams, and entities
- Design and lead employee engagement programs, including action planning and follow-through
- Drive leadership ownership of culture and people management, not just HR-led initiatives
2. Talent & Leadership Development :
- Develop leadership capability across senior and mid-management levels
- Design succession planning and leadership development frameworks
- Support executive coaching and leadership effectiveness initiatives
3. HR Governance, Trust & Fairness :
- Strengthening HR governance, policies, and controls
- Ensure transparent, fair, and consistent processes for performance management, compensation, and rewards
- Build high confidence in grievance handling and employee relations
4. Performance, Rewards & Role Clarity :
- Drive clarity on roles, responsibilities, goals, and performance expectations
- Design and implement consistent performance management and incentive frameworks
- Ensure pay and reward decisions are objective, well-communicated
5. Organization Design & Integration :
- Support organization design aligned to business strategy and scale
- Lead integration of teams, functions, and locations into a cohesive operating model
- Partner with leadership on change management during transitions and growth phases
6. Stakeholder Management :
- Partner closely with the senior leadership team
- Engage constructively with sponsors, board members, and external advisors on people matters
Key Capabilities & Experience :
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in real estate, financial services, infrastructure, or complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and board-level HR expectations
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, manage sensitive employee relations, and handle ambiguity
- Experience leading culture transformation, ESAT programs, and leadership development
- High emotional intelligence, maturity, and executive presence
