Confidential Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Manufacturing Industry

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore Corporate Office Role

About the Opportunity:

We are managing multiple mandates with different client partners in the manufacturing sector. For this confidential role, we are seeking a seasoned HR leader who has already served as CHRO or held equivalent leadership positions in larger organizations. This mandate is highly strategic; the selected candidate will report directly to the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing organization. Confidential Role: We will get in touch with only the most relevant profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR across Organization Development (OD), Talent Management (TM), Learning & Development (L&D), HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations & Labour Relations (ERLR), HR Operations, and Employee Services.

- Establish and manage Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition, Organization Development & Effectiveness, and Employer Services.

- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive cultural transformation and build a high performance organization.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- MBA in Human Resource Management from a premier institution such as TISS, XLRI, IIMs, SCMHRD, or MDI, or a full time regular MBA from other reputed colleges.

- 13 - 25 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to the manufacturing industry.

- Must have prior experience as CHRO or Corporate HR Head in a large organization.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Define and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring HR contributes directly to organizational growth and competitiveness.

2. Organization Development:

- Drive structural improvements, change management, and culture building initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

3. Talent Management:

- Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

4. Learning & Development:

- Establish training frameworks, capability building programs, and continuous learning culture across the organization.

5. HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR practices with business needs and supporting decision-making.

6. Employee Relations & Labour Relations:

- Ensure harmonious workplace relations, compliance with labour laws, and proactive resolution of disputes.

7. HR Operations & Services:

- Streamline HR processes, payroll, benefits, and employee services to deliver efficiency and employee satisfaction.

8. Centers of Excellence:

- Lead specialized HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, OD & OE, and Employer Services to drive best practices.

9. Performance Management Systems:

- Implement and monitor PMS frameworks to ensure accountability, productivity, and recognition of high performers.

10. Compliance & Policy Governance:

- Maintain strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and ensure adherence across all units.

Compensation:

- CTC: Attractive package up to 1.5 Cr per annum, depending on current CTC.
